Their "manual" does an incredibly shitty job of explaining what the four-conductor plug means for an Android phone, and whether that control module will be a "dumb" inline pain-in-the-ass do-nothing for those of us who live in the majority of society (not in the Steve Jobs cult).

could someone please compare these to Audio-Technica ATH-M50. i personally really liked ATH-m50 their sound was clear they were good headphones over all. is reference better than, ATH or they are the same?

After hearing a great pair of IEMs I don't really bother with bulky headphones any more, I have a good pair for home I use for gaming/TV watching late at night but I'm not going to walk around at work with a huge pair of headphones.

Picked up a pair. Thanks OP. My wife is none-to-pleased. My fetish for "the Holy Grail Sound" in headphones is not her favorite quest, LOL. Hopefully, this will do it for me.

I have a pair of these. These are great headphones, quality is nice. However, for those planning on using it for hands free phone calls, what I've noticed is that because they're noise isolating by blocking your ears, it's like talking with your fingers in your ears. I have to take out the headphones a little and have the earbuds loosely inside my ear canal to avoid that. It's almost like they're too good at noise isolation. Other than that, the price is great.

How do these do in blocking out noise on an airplane? Currently I have some Shure IEMs that I use but would like to get some 'phones that have media buttons and a mic.

I heard a couple of the buttons work for Droid. However, this _is_ an "Apple" specific product, so what do you expect..
