I can GUARANTEE the expansion from urlhasbeenblocked.com activates, is trouble free, and legit. I've never made a purchase from CDDISKI so I can't speak from experience = buyer beware, but $9.50 isn't quite too-good-to-be-true for Civ V (I got mine from Greenmangaming for $12-15 a looong time ago) so I'd wager it's legit, given feedback from slickdealers on other deals there!
