Good price. Worth a look tomorrow. Assume it can be converted to NG?
I don't think so.

I'll take a peak here north of Boston on my lunch break and let you guys know what I find.

I own a Weber Genesis. For those of you who are checking out this thread, but don't own a Weber grill, they are amazing. I bought mine early last year, and it was a terrific purchase. Yes it's about 3x the price of the Charbroils and Brinkmans, but they are worth it. The cheaper grills fall apart after a season or two. These don't. Plus they cook terrific. Evenly everywhere. If you have the coin to spare, you won't be disappointed. I hedged and hesitated about spending $700 on a grill. Boy am I happy after the fact.

Don't they make conversion kits for LP to NG and vice versa?

Yea, I really wanted to pick up the e-330 for $599. But I did some quick research and to my surprise Weber doesn't really offer a conversion kit. So strange I feel. Though I guess you could buy all new NG Weber Burners, that would likely eat of most all of the $200 savings.

I think there are some "ways around it" but if I'm getting a nice grill, I want it done right.

I love Weber. Have a 22" Kettle, WSM, and Q (used for tailgating). Been waiting on deal for a NG full Weber to round out the collection.

OK, I called Weber. They don't sell or "believe in" conversion kits. Sooo...

There are two Genesis E-330's sitting at the Home Depot in Plano (Tollroad & Park) marked at $599. These are new and floor models (already assembled).

This is fantastic deal. I'm almost tempted to just ditch my NG hook up (or get a fire pit or something). But I love the NG, so I'll pass.

Good cooking to whoever grabs them.

Grills are very easy to convert to NG. Once you change out the hose the only thing to change or modify is the orifice. Obviously if the person performing this is a nimrod then don't do it....

BTW, weber use to have a kit to convert all their Propane to NG grills. However due to the lawyers getting involved they "can't" offer it or recommend it. Not a safety issue, not a mechanical issue......a lawyer issue.

I know. And since I've been using a cheap NG grill, I have the hose already.

I just don't know if I want to "modify" a new Weber grill. I read how to do it on line and read a lot of "if you do it just so..." and you "should" have good natural flow, etc.

And having a "lawyer issue" is just a weak, sorry out. And I don't buy it. Other major grills have conversion kits. Weber isn't the only manufacture of grills.

Sorry about the delay... here's a copy of the receipt. Near Cincinnati. There are none left at this store but it may give you more ammo on a price match.

Not sure if it matters, but the online stock checker said it wasn't sold at this store but it was there. The store where the online stock checker says they have 2 is at full price.

Went to local Home Depot. Took a photo of $799 price tag. Went to local Lowes. Showed photo to manager. Manager gave 110% price match. Then the manager accepted the 10% off coupon. This was in northern Ohio. Brand new, unassembled.

$647.19 + tax = $687.64

Totally SLICK! My wife was thrilled!

Thanks OP!
