I've got the same on mine. Is it state specific?

Got my card today as did my mom (applied Sept 27) -- I got a World M/C and my mom got a Platinum M/C

The printed Cardmember Agreement has correct bonus info in it -- mentions 40k bonus points after $1000 in purchases within 90 days and that "bonus points will be posted to your account at the close of your first billing statement after the qualifying transaction(s) have been posted"

Both of us had credit scores posted on the back of the first sheet (where your credit card is attached) -- theres a section on the back titled "Your Credit Score and Understanding Your Credit Score" which shows your score, range is 300-850, and factors that lower your score

I'm in IL -- scores are probably hit or miss depending on the state you live in and probably up to the issuer (I applied for a Citi card a few days before this card and Citi did not provide a score)

Its printed on the top half for me -- my mom and I where both instantly approved (not sure if that makes a difference)

Promo value was reduced from 40k to 10k points or $400 down to $100 value as just clicked on link and saw only 10k points.

I was just thinking that maybe certain states require that disclosure, and others (ours) don't. I did get it with my Discover card, though.

Same here, double checked; no score attached or printed on this sheet.

Got card today. Approved on 9/27. Shipped cross country from Clifton Heights, PA which explains why it did not come until today. No credit card score and no mention of 40K points on card member agreement. No biggy. It is in my account.

Hey guys, lenders do not legally have to provide your credit score if you received the best terms. What is your APR? If it is the lowest "advertised" rate you saw when you applied, then you received the best terms. If your apr is not the lowest then they have to provide the credit score they used to come to that decision.

Thats probably it -- APR levels were 13.74%, 17.74% or 22.74%

I got 17.74% w/ 761 score (3 credit factors listed that hurt my decision) and my mom got 22.74% w/ 716 score (4 factors listed)

why is there even a question about credit score not being provided? this was covered just a few pages ago

Mine was 760 and I got 13.74%; no FICO score printed on my paperwork. Instant approval for $7500. Interesting how ours came out different.

Yes and no. Yes, if you spend the full 1k before the 1st statement closes, you can use the 40k against $400 of your 1k purchases leaving $600 to pay. No, in that you *must* also make a minimum payment if you don't want to pay off the whole $600 left - the $400 does *not* count as a payment for the purpose of meeting your minimum payment/avoiding late fees.
