Did you ever get a tracking number for it? I placed 2 orders (a few weeks apart), and received emails that each of the orders were being processed (again, a few weeks apart). After the 2nd order email, I then got an email with a tracking number, and a few days later got one of my orders. However, I can't figure out whether the order I received was for my first or second order (both orders were identical). I opened a ticket with mypoints to figure out what happened (has my 2nd order not shipped, or did I get my 2nd order and my first order disappeared?) They said they were investigating and it would take 7-10 business days. Well, this morning is 10 business day and still no response, so I sent them an email this morning. Got an automated response, but nothing more yet.
Having such a ridiculously dysfunctional company, their lives pass investigating.
