Thread Details

Hi! I'm just wondering if there is a thread for the Saving Star program? I could only find one that is more than 420 days old.

I was wondering if we can do a thread to keep up with all the new stuff they offer?

I was also wondering if my daughter gets an Amazon gift card can she give it to me to use towards something for her son/my grandson?

So far, I have earned about $14. Does anyone know if there is a time limit for redemption? I'd like to wait until I have around $20 earned, but I don't want any to be lost for not having cashed in early enough.
I emailed them yesterday and this is the reply I just received:

Hello XXXXX,

Thank you for using SavingStar! You may keep funds within your SavingStar account for as long as your account stays active. You may pay out your account at any value, as long you have at least $5 in savings with SavingStar.

A small inactive fee will only be applied if your account is inactive for over a year. You will only be subject to this fee if you have a balance in your SavingStar account and it will be deducted from that balance. To be considered active you must only do one of the following once per year: activate an offer, redeem an offer or pick a payout.

We will never send you a bill for using SavingStar, we do not charge your credit card and we never ask for your credit card number.

Thank You,

Amy

I have a question. Once you activate a coupon, can it be sold out before you purchase the items?

Sure but once you have it "clipped" or activated it yours. I clip everything just in case.

If you are a Kroger shopper they work great; Rembrandt KITS are just $1.49 after the coupon ($5), SavingStar ($5), Catalina ($8) - regularly $21.49!

Same with Rinse but $.51 MM, toothbrushes too Smilie

Is there a limit to how many coupons you can activate on SS? Or can I activate them all?
