Flyboys was a very pleasant surprise - I took a friend to see it who's a vet (I owed him for helping me out on something). Largely accurate history, solid script that's mostly based on a true story, and decent acting. It's not Patton or Tora, Tora, Tora - but it's a solid second tier military movie for those who insist that the history needs to at least be passably accurate, and at least for the two of us there was nothing to detract from enjoying it as a war movie (i.e. none of those - it was great until the ending, it they only hadn't..., etc. type things that are just annoying as heck).

as someone born and raised in West Virginia I would just like to say fvck "Wrong Turn"...

Several of them have been less at Best Buy or Fry's Electronics. Most of them were $9.99 recently and with the Upgrade & Save DVD trade-in you could get them for $4.99 each. So while there are some decent movies on the list, every single one I either I have no interest in the movie or already have it. Well, there are a few I want that I don't have (like War Games and Teen Wolf), but $8 is way too much... waiting for $5 or less.
