Free 1-Year SiriusXM Internet Radio Trial

This is definitely not intentional. Apparently it was supposed to be a prize for the latest Chevrolet Game Time Sweepstakes and it looks like there were only supposed to be 375 winners of the Sirius XM 1 year prize... they will probably fix this.

Wait! But internet radio have always been free; not from SiriusXM though, but it's all the same...

Awesome, the free trial in our Mini Countryman just expired. This will bridge the gap until SiriusXM starts begging us to come back with a cheap subscription.

wow, even looks like it includes howard stern and sports pbp. if it sticks for a year no need for anyone to buy mlb gameday audio anymore. and if the android app works same on that front. this is superslick.

You dont have to let it expire- call before and you can get
6 months for $25 or a year for $85.......YMMV but i have got it every year

why won't it let me log into "my account" I'm logged in but it says im not at the same time?

I managed to log in and am listening but can't log in to change my password at all. Seems like they're making changes or something.

You can only login to the player, you can't login to change your account details.

From what I understand is that you basically get a 1 year trial account that you cannot use to log into Sirius XM proper. If you try it can't find the user name. It doesn't matter though. You can still log into the web and listen and into the mobile app using the credentials they send in the email. You just can't change your password.

It could also be that they two systems (trial accounts and real accounts) are separate and only sync later?

How do I use this in my car? I have a 2008 fx35 and it says I have XM. Haha

No wonder these morons are struggling. Their Web site is busted. They assign a random password and there's no way to change it -- and no error message, they just loop you back around and then lock you out. Brilliant.

I won't shed a tear when these folks bite the dust (if they can't even get logins working).
