I have been using SiriusXM for 6 years always on some kind of promo deal. I finally cancelled and my subscription will expire in a month. It was good while it lasted, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. From billing errors to spending a minimum of 1 hour on hold every time I call them it is not even worth it. From now on will just run Pandora, Spotify, etc. on my iPhone.

^^ Someone contacted me from sirius xm radio HQ, about my complain on BBB.

Its laughable at their attempt to buy me off by offering me one month free. LOL .. service is horrible.

like billyloon said..there are better service out there.

I hate their monopoly
I need their jazz channels # 67 and 530. Is there any comparable jazz radio station online? (Except wbgo, which is good of course)
I sincerely hope someone will hook their radio and multicast everything, or worse, someone will find a way to hack the "protection" chip.

What's the deal? "Login Failed. Could not login due to technical difficulties. Please try again..." I was only using the free 1 year service for a 1.5 weeks. Any way to get it back?

You can't even change your vote here on SD! After getting 'technical difficulties' causing me to run all kinds of scans on 6 computers and over an hour on phone dealing with an extremely poor customer service---to be hung up on---a SD member should be able to change their vote.

If there's a moderator or any SD staff concerned something should be done to at least allow a change in vote. TANGOSUKKA - L2: Beginner Reputation: 1,813 Posts: 35 shouldn't be allowed these rep points! While there's been plenty of disappointments here at SD with people posting fraudulent things that should not be posted---and a waste of time---this wasted worry and a whole lot of efforts; as I thought it was my equipment! I've an 08 jeep and a brand new one that came with "free" access and i don't bother with it as it goes in and out and due to a ton of adds.Sirius sucks big time, not concerned I don't have internet access---angry of the worry and excessive time I took to believe it was my equipment. i even stripped two computers. I'm very loyal to SD---but not being able to change a vote is outrageous. And Sirius was negligent in only noting "tech difficulties-try later". If others have "free" access through a new vehicle or are thinking of purchasing one with "free" I hope they would let the manufacturers know---so "free" should be an option. Hopefully a mod will catch this and at least allow for a vote change instead of rewarding a person that SDers should try at their own risk...

I believe they want to nerp the OP because SiriusXM didn't give them a free full year and it's all the OP's fault. Roll

X100.

Sirius is NOTHING compared to slacker, especially when you cache your music.

heck yeah slacker is 10x better!

im gonna flame sirius for this completely no questions about it, if they make a glitch its their fault (they have to compensate for that) not just out of the blue close all the accounts and have all the emails in their systems..
