Decent price, I am however a little interested to see what AMD's new line of Trinity's [engadget.com] may do to intel's pricing structure (granted that if one were to buy one of these processors they would also need to buy the new line of motherboards that come with it). Combine this release with Haswell's release in Q2 or Q3 of next year, and we should probably expect to see a drop in prices by the end of the year/early next year (at least for sandybridge's like this one).

If you want a cheaper computer now and don't live close to a microcenter, this is a decent deal. If you can afford to wait, then it might be good to wait into the future a little while.

There's always something better coming out soon though.

IMO. This deal is lukewarm..Previous gen CPU(albeit a very good gen) , obsolete chipset on mobo..no sata 3.0 no pcie 3.0..

Ad says $37 rebate, but the pdf rebate shows $17 per ram stick? $17 x 2 would be $34, not $37.

edit: nevermind, they did not add all the rebate forms together. One is $20 off MSI board and one is $17 off the 8gb ram kit. = $37.
