Sorry guys, nothing is really conclusive or definite here that the B76 is included in the B70 rebate offer. I am just going to go with the B70 unit to be safe. Best of luck to everyone.

It is showing on their website that all the Keurigs are included and by the B76 there is a link to this rebate, so if the rebate doesn't go thru Kohls will be giving out $35 refunds. I copied the page just in case but it looks like this Keurig was included and like the OP said, I was told by K's customer service that the B76 is the B70 but the new improved version, so all of us who got the B76 got the new improved one. Even says that on the enclosed instructions. Thank you OP. I appreciate you taking the time to post this deal and the rebate.
