Lots of reports of people having problems overclocking Sandy Bridge CPUs 2500K, etc. Probably fixed in recent BIOS updates, but something to look into.

I have this board and I have no complaints about it. Everything has ran smooth since its first boot.
Performance wise, its really easy to overclock and the GUI bios is a huge plus. My only tiny complain is that when you install a larger video card the RAM clips are blocked and inorder for you to replace the RAM, you'll need to take out the video card. Again.. no that big of an issue since i'm not taking out parts every day. I paid $115 so at this price.. its a steal. I'm running an Ivy Bridge so I can't comment on the Sandy chips. Also, I just built my first Hackintosh around this board and I did not have an single problem. PS, Don't throw out your driver disk.. you'll need it even coming from a Win7 install.
