Sears.com Various Craftsman Professional Pliers FREE Ship to Store

Couple of great "unadvertised" (they arent part of the weekly sales or Craftsman Club sales) deals on Craftsman Professional brand tools - mostly pliers. These are USA made tools and part of the professional series tools which are generally top-of-the-line Sears tools. These cost a little more than the regular Craftsman stuff but these are generally good quality and worth the extra bucks.

ADD the items to your cart with the "ship" option and then select your nearest store during checkout for free ship to store. Shipping charges on the first screen should be waived if you elect to ship the items to your nearest store during checkout.

I think if you select "ship" when adding to cart and proceed to checkout you should be given the option of free shipping to your nearest store. Also if you dont use a coupon code and buy $39 worth of stuff you automatically get free shipping to your door.

Could be, but I think last I heard the whole Pro line was being phased out last year. These might just be random new old stock left in the warehouse. Either way if Chinese versions instead of USA ones show up for store pickup I think you get 90 days to return them. Most of the items have made in USA somewhere in the pic or on the tool but who knows with Sears/Craftsman nowadays.

I dont know if Im doing anything differently but even when I try to checkout with a made up guest account I get an option to ship to a nearby store, put in my zip code, select the store and then shipping goes to zero. It happens after I put in my personal info and billing info and before the payment screens.

Did anyone else get ship to store to work for free?

Awesome! Im glad you guys can get it to work too. I feel like some of those pliers are a great deal - especially the two-piece sets.

It looks like Sears is posting more pro clearance stuff right now. Here's a newly posted 11 piece set of "professional use" 1/2" SAE Impact sockets for $27.19 with the free store pickup. If I squint I think I can make out "Industrial" on one of the big sockets on the left in the picture. If this is an industrial set this was like $75 when full price and definitely USA made. The "regular craftsman" Chinese made 9 piece impact sets are $50 for comparison.
