Want to try to replace my Sof Sole Airr Lightweights, but reviews mention loud squeaking, only remedied with powder in the shoe. I don't like the idea of having to remember to powder my shoes to ensure I don't cause a ruckus. Anyone with any experience?

I don't have any actual experience with these though. Anybody use these and have some tips like sizing, and what they help with? |

Use these and they are awesome. Only problem is they seem to get very hot.
I have a bad arch and when I wear shoes without these in them for a couple of days I'm in a fair amount of pain. Once these are broken in I don't feel anything. Not sure this is a good deal though, I think I usually get them around this price. |

I have these in my work shoes and I like them. I don't notice any squeking. However I think this is a pretty average price on amazon.
