the check arrived today,it was written Sept 28th,I will be cashing this quickly. Funny how on Sept 19 they told me it was in the mail

I had a similar experience with a study that I was that started in January. Went thru all of the steps, it was an on-going Teacher's Immune Study, which was to last thru April, and then we would get paid within 2 weeks. Well, I waited and waited, no check. Then I kept sending emails (I saved all of my emails from this study) and would get replies back to contact the paying party that the study was going thru. I did this, and everytime I had to keep repeating about the study and how I was told to phone this number. The number would always go to voice mail. I kept being persistent though, and finally got paid in mid July, 3 months after I was supposed to! Also, part of the payment was an iTouch. Well, I kept after them about that too, and finally received it in mid Sept.!

You learn from experience, and from now on, I keep my emails and names and phone numbers of any study handy. Plus I just keep after them until I get paid. If you don't, they think you will just go away. But be persistent.

Rest assured, he is absolutely brutal, which is why he has won multiple Emmys for his consumer reporting. Like I said, if you take the honest and moral course of action, Arnold will spare you any undesired humiliation. Do the right thing and send me the money you owe NOW!
