Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to attend the 46th CMA Awards on November 1, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Nashville, TN; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two tickets to the Awards Show (seats determined by Sponsor), a meet and greet with Jerrod Niemann; and a VIP tour of the CMA Awards Remote Broadcast on October 31, 2012 (ARV $2,500)

Travel for the Grand Prize winner will take place October 30, 2012 – November 2, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another Grand Prize winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final Grand Prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the Grand Prize and the actual value will not be awarded to Grand Prize winner. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. In addition, any and all additional expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each First Prize winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the Grand Prize destination. If, for any reason, the Awards Show, Visit and/or Broadcast is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Awards Show, Visit and/or Broadcast on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
