Snobs will want only pampers or huggies, but we have been perfectly fine with luvs. We didn't notice any big difference. Except the cost...

I am actually helping buy it for a person starting out. I don't know exactly how much room they have for these supplies...but I know it's limited. They are also working on moving to a bigger location...which should resolve some of that.

I heard that too, but the person I heard interviewed didn't seem convinced that prices would go up. I'll be curious to see what happens. Maybe more people will switch to cloth diapers. Cloth diapering is easier than most people think.

I use cloth during the day but use a Luvs diaper at night with my now 10-month old. I haven't had any problems with them except for a leaks on a few nights. They have worked as well as the box of Pampers someone gave me. I agree with the person who said that you may want to try a few different types. My son is on the small end and it's possible that for a chunkier baby they might not work as well.

For those that like to comparison shop, I bought this exact box of size 4 last week. The price was the same except for the $1 coupon.

Semi-regular price at BJs. Yes, BJs price requires a membership and a coupon that is in 50% of their mailers, but this Amazon deal requires a membership, too. Nothing to rave about here for Luvs at this price. I should add that it's nothing to rave about because Luvs are always cheaper than Huggies or Pampers. We have always used Luvs and have no complaints but if it was the generally higher-priced brands at .20 or lower a piece, I'd say it's a good deal.

Moving boxes of diapers is not a big deal, I just moved with over 15 boxes of diapers and no big deal
