That would be correct as he is NOT a muslim, he is a christian.

At the end of the day, the reason why it's okay to insult Jews and Christians is that they're not going to blow you up, suicide bomb you, or run planes into your buildings. Islam OTOH.... Lord knows what they're going to do to us and our interests abroad.

I'm okay with talking about any religion. Study them and you'll find they're all equally crazy. I don't pretend Islam makes any more sense than Scientology or Catholicism. They all have the same elements of guilt, sexual perversity, and absolute nonsense. Does that mean I'm not an atheist/agnostic progressive?

I wasn't planning on making an exhaustive list or anything, but I'd include Islam in the list of crazy people believing things that probably aren't true. I just don't know enough about the arguments against it. But given that Islam and Christianity have similar roots, I'm sure the arguments are similar.

What are you talking about? All I said was that there are some crazies on the right who claim WRONGLY that Obama is a muslim and you are equating that with insulting Islam? How does that even relate to what I said?
