Yes a lot of people got their accts frozen last time when they made more than 1. I think some had two per household for husband and wife and they still froze all the funds and demanded tax records in order to release the money. So be careful with it. However you can sometimes make more than one account and they will let it get by, so it's just a roll of the dice and calculated risk.

No it doesn't necessarily have to match and I know that from experience. I have funded with virutual CCs and prepaid cards and gift cards before.

That would be fraud on their part if they hold money you deposited into the account. If they hold the bonus amount only, then that is acceptable. If they held any of my money, my state's Attorney General's office will be aware of this AMEX fraud. Scamming companies should be eliminated and shut down, starting from the CEO down.

Question for experienced Serve's users. I just added $20 from a Visa rebate debit card; the card was taken but the available amount is currently $0.00 How long does it take for funds withdrawn from the debit card ?
