Is this US-only limitation really true? has anyone tried to use it abroad / on a foreing website ?

I use an european voip provider and would be great to use it with them.

I had a account previoulsy before the sept 2012 and i made another one
and they email me saying they closed my new account
however I was able to get the $25 in time.

My response was regarding the general public as well. Point being that its your money and I wouldnt take some strangers word for it.

I have two serve accts with the same name and SS# so you sometimes can do it. It just depends on if they catch it or not.

So I was in some event and Amex rep persuaded that it's a good thing gave me a hat with Serve logo, so I've signed up a year ago. I can't make my payment, because they’re blocking my checking account, because they are "investigating" my account for a year already. I've sent may be 15 messages all of them without any reply. I have SPG card too with excellent CS, I don't know what's wrong with Amex on these?

I let my sister know about this. $25 just became $50!

I have a Serve card from Feb. when they were offering $10 just for signing up.

American express is fraudulent with these deals. It has happened time and time again with the prepaid deals. Even if the terms say you cannot have more than one, or is intended for a specific receipient, they shouldn't allow your application to go through and account to be opened. They will deny the bonus after you complete all requirements instead of denying your application.

Other banking institutions allow multiple bonuses even though their terms say so otherwise.

I also use European Voip provider and have successfully made payment from serve via PayPal.

got the previous $25 and i received a mailing the other day for another $25 for adding $25 to the new card they sent me. just did it online and got my additional $25 immediately.

Does anyone know if the person's name on the funding source (either bank account or card) has to match the name on the Serve account? I.E. can I sign up a family member, fund that family member's account from my own card or bank account and have them get the $25 bonus? Any ideas?

Does not have to 100% match. Have done using my bank account for father's serve.
