If the Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics weren't better than the 6450 I would bite. I need an HDMI port on my computer! Anyone know if you can add an HDMI port to a computer without installing a new motherboard or a graphics card?

One has a fan the other doesn't. Other than that they are both pretty much the same card. Maybe a different warranty, I didn't check.

lul. Yes, of course...... It all comes down to what you plan to do with video processing. This video card is basically about as low end budget as you get in 2012. It will handle any basic video processing, movies, etc, but its not for any type of decent gaming unless they are very old games. They are about the speed of intel igp hd 3000/4000 graphics on cpu's. This is a main reason most smart builders dont buy video cards like this. Why spend money on a video card when most good intel cpu's have integrated graphics at the same speed, and eliminate noise, heat and power usage.

My computer has AMD A6-3620 APU with Radeon HD graphics 2.2 gh. would this be a good upgrade or should I holdout for something better? Price seems good. Thanks

I suggest you buy a 6570/6670/6770 card which could working together with the integrated 6350 with a huge performance improvement. I bought HD 6670 from newegg yesterday cost me 49.9 AR
