So, 2.X isn't really a legacy software...in that it hasn't been replaced and is dying but rather it is the software used for "not high end"(?) phones and tablets? 2.X is still so popular because it isn't going away?
With Android being so open and everyone putting their own swing on things, are there many features in 4.0 that are not in 2.3? Or are the versions more based around how it interacts with the hardware and 4.X just expects there to be more torque than 2.X?
