The new 5R will have faster and continuous auto focus for burst shooting and video. It'll also have wifi w/ apps. So if those two things aren't that important to you at a premium of $300+ , then I'd say get the NEX-5N.
So tempted to pick one up. I was looking at some of the NEX cameras about 6 months ago but I don't know how much has changed with the upcoming models.
This is a great deal. By far the best "bang for your buck" of any camera available. Produces images on par with a D7000 and allows you to use old, cheap, amazing lenses with a $10 adapter off ebay. I recommend Konica Hexanon and Minolta MD/MC.
PS If you really want fast AF, you can pickup the LE-A2 Sony Alpha adapter[amazon.com]. It has the mount and auto focus "guts" of an A77 that you attach to the 5-N. You can then use all the Minolta/Sony lenses from the last 25 years as if you were on an A-series dSLR.
