Still live, just got one!
This is a great deal, I don't even remember if I have seen Wanted, loved SP, thought HBII was pretty cool, good effects for sure, and thought Kick-Ass was even better (that one I had low expectations for because of the stupid name and what looked like a stupid movie based on the cover, so I was pleasantly surprised at how fun and cool of a movie it was, I love it when that happens ). I never watch previews or reviews if I can help it, so when I watch a new movie I have no idea what I am in for other than what is on the cover, and that is the way I like it .Why is it that I have more blu-rays from the UK that were cheaper than if I had bought them here I wonder(and probably still are)? I bought a ton of box sets and singles when I saw how many good deals they had compared to domestically on AZ (even used!) a while ago when a few box sets hit the FP a few months or so ago (avg was about $5 a BR I think and I bought about 75 of my favs, crazy cheap!). Totally weird... Anyway, Repped, thanks OP! Regards,

Refuse to watch anything with Michael Cera's pansy ass in it, and Wanted is garbage (nothing to do with Mark Millar's original work), but Hellboy 2 is solid and Kick-ass is great(only half based on Millar's work b/c he wasn't done when the movie was written).
There's being frugal, and there's being obnoxiously cheap, please learn the difference. Also if you find yourself getting into heated arguments online about things like lossless audio, re-assess your life.

How about a little poll. Does anyone base their buying decision on anything posted here about the movies?
I honestly don't give a flying f*&@ what everyone's opinion on a movie is, or why they don't like it or that they won't watch anything from a particular actor. I am just wondering why everyone feels the need to justify their purchase or justify not buying these movies. I honestly don't think anyone cares. |
