2012 Sephora Friends & Family sale announced

I don't think Sephora has announced the dates to the public yet, so this is "insider information". As in all years past, Sephora members will get the (20%) off.

Last year, if you didn't actually have a post card or a print out from an email, the employees were pretty guarded about handing out their 20% discount codes. I don't know why, because they don't work on commission, so maybe it's just a power-play thing.

Regardless, you'll get your code as long as you're a Sephora member, and even if you don't get your code, just nag an emplyee until s/he gives it up.

Or, post on SD and I'm sure someone will share the code with you!

. i am not a friend or family member of anyone who works at sephora and thus will not be getting a postcard or email. I went to sephora during their last friends and family store. I asked the sales associate if I was eligible for the discount even though I didn't have a postcard - I was told no.

can we just sign up to receive emails in order to be considered friends and family?

I contacted Sephora because on their page they said that they had discontinued this promotion and they said that they were just doing the spin to win thing. Maybe that was just them BSing ? Hope so, I look forward to this sale all year...
