was going to post this deal after i got back but someone already did!
i took this site and PM'ed at Frys so i could get the game today. YMMV at other stores but Fry's works 100%. saved 15$ after tax |

i first called best buy, spoke with customer service and asked them if they could PM the game from overstock.com, they checked it and verified, then told me that they can put it on hold and i would just have to pick it up. When i got to the store, i went to the "pick up" counter and told them that i was there to pick up the game. They got the game, changed the price to $44.99 then got a manager on duty to override it
