there are a few things that are wrong here: you need to find a computer with an older iTunes or no iTunes and install an older one u can't install an older one on your new one because there are parts that stay from the new iTunes .
seconded they forgot about tinyumbrella after pluging the iPhone to the computer if iTunes open close it open tinyumbrella and run the TSS Server
now open iTunes press shift restore point to 5.1.1 click open and let it do it's thing.
PS: if you didnt save the blobs with tinyumbrella import them from Cydia with tinyumbrella so it will store it in the right place after that remove the v from get SHSH from Cydia turn off tinyumbrella then turn it back on and run the TSS Server.
Stuff like this, exemplifies why I will NEVER buy an Apple product.
