Honestly, I think you took the bait from an unreputable seller (no reseller ratings, website looks suspicious, no one answer the contact number, email address just using gmail). Furthermore, they have been lowering the price from $345 (9/24)--> $299 (10/2) --> $250(now). They're changing the price every week. It looks suspicious for me....

Well I received a confirmation that the order was placed and the PayPal recipient is verified by Paypal, but I'm still waiting for a shipping notification. Contact info on site says there in California, but IDK what's really happening right now. I'm going to send an email to the gmail address asking for a reply and confirmation/timeline. I would presently wait to hear back on how my experience pans out, no sense anybody risking $$ if this turns out badly

Huh? Just noticed your from LA, I believe the contact address is only 25-30 minutes east of LA, wanna run over there and tell me if it's legit? Google maps does show some sort of fulfillment center...

Found out from forums that the taka G series has electronic pick ups that are build into the saddle. Could be a deal breaker for many if they want to sand down the saddle (difficult and risky) or replace with bone saddle(impossible).

...with awesomemusiciandeals and they provided a UPS tracking number for the guitar- its set to arrive on the 16th- in NY. So that good news!

Very, very happy with purchased. Guitar was boxed well for shipping cross-country and arrived perfect. Can't see any flaws, plays well- but I truly know little about guitars and will be bringing it to a friend who teaches/gives lessons tomorrow for a professional evaluation. So far, so good though!
