Identical Product reviews at homedepot and lowes

In our search for a new Washing Machine, We have been reading reviews and consulting consumer reports of course.. But we noticed a funny thing. The reviews online at Home Depot and Lowes are identical. Does anyone know why Lowes and Home Depot have the same reviews? From the same people and same dates? I thought that the reviews on their sites were from people who purchesed the items from their stores. It really seems as if the reviews are not legitimate.
