Anyone know how this compares to a GTX 660? Not the Ti version. I've been thinking about one for while, just might do it.
The 570 will consume more power and possibly/probably generate more noise (Twin Frozr cooler has a good chance of mitigating that, but no way to know in advance); overall the 570 will be a better performing card than a titanium-free 660, particularly with anti-aliasing.
570 vs 660Ti is a different call, basically boiling down to price/power/anti-aliasing in which case the 570 @ sub-$200 is still probably the better option. Basically the only Nvidia card worth bothering with this generation is the 670; although overpriced everything else Green has out there is stripped-down crap.
Price/performance-wise, however, the HD 7870 is hands down the $200 card to get, provided you can tolerate AMD's, erm, "software."
