I too had the same problem...I e-mailed them SEVERAL times and got no response. After a few minutes doing a Google I was able to locate a contact number via the BBB.
Here you go
BTW, I got a nice e-mail response this morning saying that I did in fact complete 'in good faith' their promotion. Shortly thereafter, I got my codes for 2 FREE tickets. Oh and I also got a nice phone call from them. I had to leave a message, but they DID call me back reasonably fast!
thank you very much! I will call them after work today!
I would but i dont have a cable tv subscription or a digital antenna.
Cloud Atlas looks too ambitious for its own good, and this is coming from a Wachowski Bros diehard.....
I enjoy all of Paul Thomas Anderson's films and have my expectations for The Master. But again, having to surf through crowds, starving because of unwillingness to buy overprice snack items
or just waiting for the Blu Ray and enjoying it from the comfort of my home.
its hard to justify the cost and hassle aside for the biggest and even shallowest of specatacles.....(like Transformers 4 in 2160p on a 50 mile screen in 100mm IMAX 6D format) basically, experiences i cant replicate in my home
Okay, point by point…
No cable or dish either. In fact I don't even get broadcast television. My 47" Panny is connected to my computer and used as a monitor for watching anything I want via download.
I'm actually not a Wachowski fanboy. What has me excited is their command of strong visuals backed up by Twyker's talent, a strong ensemble cast, and a bestselling novel as source material. With that roster it's got my vote as most likely to live up to the hype this year. I think it's got a strong chance of meeting every expectation that Avatar and Inception didn't for many. Time will tell of course.
I never deal with crowds at the theater. Avoid them like the plague. I either attend late shows/weeknights early in the run or wait a few weeks until the crowds have subsided.
90% of the 30 or so films we see a year in theaters we paid FAR less than full price for tickets through deals like this one, AMC silver/gold passes, etc.
Stubs membership means we get a good amount of free popcorn, soda, and movie tickets, and when we don't have those we bring our own beverages, candy, and popcorn.
And all of this takes little to no significant effort. I've got deal notifications set up here, usually have bags of popcorn on hand at home ordered from Amazon and delivered to our doorstep.
Given all the above savings I don't flinch on the rare occasion that we catch something spontaneously and pay full price since our total average outing cost is so low it can absorb the occasional splurge. (and we still don't pay full price with the free size upgrades with the Stubs card)
Cheap, easy, hassle free good times, and it's a great excuse to get OUT of the house. We spend plenty of time back at the nest as it is.
