worst case i've ever purchased... i got the grippy one with the hex pattern, its some of the cheapest plastic i've seen on a case, and the fake chrome drops my signal from -94 dBm to a laughable -117 dBm, which has also decresed my battery life quite a bit. (in addition to looking like cheap fake chrome chinese plastic).

also the "grippy" rear part on the corners is rippled because of the contour and was peeling when I opened it new in the package.

The case I got is decent, I mean what do you expect for the price? I try not to use cases on my phones, have had my s3 naked since I got it back when it launched but really missed having a kickstand like the Evo. I did notice most of the ones that had a kickstand were the really bad cheap fake chrome, same as the one my brother got for his iPhone that he returned. So I stayed away from those and got one that is clear and white with a broader kickstand. So far so good. The grip also makes it feel better secured in my hand. I only got a case bc of the price and glad I did, only wanted it for the kickstand and it does its job. I used a case most of the time with my droid razr too to have a kickstand, had the verizon case that came with a holster, available for the s3 too, that one was better but pricey and was not going to spend that much again. So to me its a good compromise between price and quality. Package arrived about 4 days early too.
