We are not sure if only certain Home Depot store can use the coupon. When you click on the coupon link, it should have listed which Home Depot Stores near you that can use the coupon on the right hand side of the signup page. And that list may not match your local Home Depot locator list.
Currently we have no idea what it means if it said "Sorry, there are no participating locations nearby."
On the right hand side, it said.....

Some people may see (even if you have many Home Depot around your location) ...

Well if your purchase is >$15 your paypal card (or mobile# which is linked to your paypal acct) will pull the funds from your bank acct or whatever credit card that's linked to your paypal acct

Never use Paypal at B&M before. So you just type in your email address and password in their checkout counter?
