You have 90 days to return an item at HD, so you can just ask them to do a "return and repurchase" if beyond whatever the actual price adjustment period is. You do not need to bring the item in for this, just the receipt.

Thank you very much. Two store associates led me to the clearance shelf as one of them knew two boxes were still there. He thought the price was $49.99 though. But I asked the other associate who was carrying a scanning equipment to scan and it was $24. I said I needed only one and one of the associates could get the other and both of us would be happy. One of the two associates bought the remaining one. Try to rep but do not know how. (Relatively new to the site.) Thanks.

There were about a dozen yesterday at the HD in El Cerrito, CA. Was discounted to $69.99, but rang up at $24.

I got 1 at the compton, ca home depot.

Now its true i didnt need this item i technically have one of each of these from harbor freight that equal out to about the same price. But the dremel is was better than my harbor freight one. Having 2 multi tools is over kill but im going to try to return it and rebuy with the $15 home depot credit and maybe a harborfreight price match 20% coupon.

As for uses ive used the multi tool to cut open dry wall neatly and remove a pony wall in my house it worked well.

Yes - I have a Harbor Freight one that was pretty cheap and it works great.

There are two (2) of these left at the Home Depot in Bethlehem, GA (off of 316 in Winder). HD Store # 6979. They are $24.03 each. There is no price on the shelf. They are in the first tool isle, about 12' up it on the left, middle shelf.

There were three, but I bought one when a price check revealed they were $24.03 Good luck!

Just bring your receipt to HD and tell them you'd like a price adjustment, or do a return and repurchase. I've done it a many times, and you don't need to bring the item only the receipt or your cc.
