OK here is the update. The guy put in a few dead beat trees then no showed on the weekend. No calls or answering phone either. The people I know was able to get the license place: 88131G1. I searched online and there is no tracking info either. Another dead-end!

Now you file a Police Report with the Tag #  and the information you have; and for gawd's sake, I hope you have pictures of your yard before and after - so when and if you do get to sue in your local jurisdiction - you have proof YOU didn't dig the freaking holes  Tags are traceable as long as he didn't steal it from someone else to put on his vehicle.
