I hate it when they don't list all the ingredients. Anyway, here is what I found for those interested.
Active Ingredients Silver Chloride55ppm, Antimicrobial Inactive Ingredients Carbomer , Glycerin , Silver Nitrate , Sodium Chloride , Triethanolamine , Water Your potential can never exceed your expectations.

I wouldn't worry about expiration so much on a topical antimicrobial for minor cuts and scraps.

You can get the real thing with a prescription from your doc...after using this in the aftermath of ankle surgery, 22 years ago, I've always kept some around...Always gotten it under prescription plan
