Ordered one. Price went down to 19.99 after adding to the cart.

It's a good deal, but a crappy trimmer. I bought this a couple of weeks ago when it was the same price. I was replacing my 15" Craftsman trimmer. The problem is that it can't cut through anything other than grass. It can't even cut through 1/16" diameter maple saplings. I returned it pretty quick.

Sounds like you need to upgrade the string that it came with.
I also bought this a couple weeks ago and it has a lot more power than I expected for $20!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago when it was on sale for the same price...very pleased with it. Has a lot of versatility and works great at edging and getting any plant life out of the driveway and sidewalk cracks. I especially like the pivoting head and adjustable length so that my wife can adjust it and use it. It's also fairly light, so she can handle it with ease.

I purchased one of these a few months ago and it stopped working all of a sudden. It worked fine before that. Has anyone else had a issue with this model?

so buy a new one and then wait about 2 weeks and take the one that broke back with the new receipt.

You could add string for ~10 and get the free bucket.

i had no luck with the edging... any tips?

they are still under the 1 yr warranty and so could actually do the exchange ethically
