The wording is what everyone is grappling with. IMO as stated previously, it would be worth it to me to purchase a $200 card and see what rebate one gets. Then go back and do however many for however much up to the limit depending on what works. Anything to reduce those fees and make this more a MM. Gcs cannot be returned/refunded so you really need to know what works. Yes, 10x$100 should definitely work. One transaction or 10? One would think one transaction for 10 would work.

Yep. That is what someone got as answer as well from Staples in this weeks thread who contacted them. Fw person threw cold water on their opinion. Hence, the test transaction for $200.

As far as the batteries go, could someone explain how I buy and get back 100% rewards. Last time I tried, I took my items and coupons to pay thinking that I would see the battery money back in rewards but I didn't. What did I do wrong before trying this again?

Do I just have to buy the batteries without adding other items to my purchase and NO coupons along with the battery purchase??

The bolded below is the mistake you made. Best to buy items like the batteries, ream paper, calendar, all the 100% back in rewards items, by themselves as one transaction w/o using any coupons/rewards.

Yes but when I click on it in either Chrome or FF it says URL is too long to process. Need to try IE.

ETA: IE did not work either. Keeps kicking me out to Google with URL too long message. What the heck. Incognito did not work either in Chrome.

Yep that works. Now the problem is "sorry, this coupon is currently unavailable". Not a big deal as I have app coupons I can use.
