Printer stopped printing for 1 computer - remains in queue
I've had my Brother laser printed for roughly 3 months now and just encountered a problem. I didn't do anything different than what I normally do. Firstly when purchased, I hooked up to computer A. It is now wirelessly connected to computer B too.

Which model is this?
Has it ever worked from computer A once you made the printer wireless? Vague questions receive vague answers . . . . . .

i have this same brother printer and i had the same problem. the issue was that the printer was still on the same wireless IP, but that IP had expired on the router and got assigned to something else.

You can call Brother and they'll walk you through a fix. I have a stationery studio and I always call whenever I have a problem. They troubleshoot for free. I havecomputer in the house that suddenly stopped working and wouldn't print wirelessly either. I set up cloud print through google and it works fine.

wait. I'm a little confused.
So all the computers are wireless/wired connected to your network? and the printer is wireless/wired to the same network? and only one of the computer prints? the other one stopped? does restarting fix it? |
