Yay, both email and faxes for different accounts work. Got all 4 cards in. Pretty slick deal combined with all the FAR batteries at Staples. Thanks all!

Received my card yesterday for a submission via email an hour before the deadline (Jan 16). So it seems like Q4 submissions should be complete.

I got all the rebate cards for all 4 of my submissions. Has anyone tried cashing these out via Serve? I am having a hard time doing that. May have to actually use these cards in the store.

Got a weird email reply from Duracell rebate saying "Please be advised that the place of purchase is not eligible for this rebate. The batteries had to be bought at specific distributors."
Anybody heard about it? I bought all of them from Staples. |

They changed the terms, originally it wasn't supposed to be for consumers who purchased at certain retailers (such as Staples). I only know that because I called to check the status, and it wasn't in the system. Go figure.
