why don't you post the judges opinion and not a sensationalist news title meant to provoke outrage... ( which actually worked with some of the people here )
Just because you are physically handicap does not mean everything done to you is NON-consensual... first of this could mean marriage, or choosing to make legal choices too.. its not only pertains to sex |

Putting the heinous crime aside for a moment, wouldn't the guy be getting out anyway? He was sentenced to 6 years back in 2008, and iirc you get 1/3 (2 years) deducted for good behavior. So, he'd be done anyway.
Anyway...I'm surprised the sentence was so short to begin with. |
