If you think you have a clean case and have everything documented, pictures of the place after you left, receipts for cleaning services, etc. then I would goto small claims (it's very cheap) and bring your case. For some reason I doubt you have this evidence. But let's continue on...
You sue your landlord, he's got documentation that you've broken a window blind and he had to pay $250 to replace said window blind. He actually brings the blinds in (or shows a picture) and shows the damage along with a receipt for the replacement.
Now you've lost your case, congratulations! You just wasted your time.
