C'mon OSV... In 9 out of 12 graphs/tests the blower was besting an axial design. It doesn't need to dominate all the tests. It just needs to be better than the cripple you and others have been preaching. Take the blinders off and look at the ENTIRE data set. And clean yourself up, your bias is showing.

EDIT: What if I told you that the 670 tested in that article is the worst performing of all the nVidia blowers? And that 670's with 680 PCBs have much improved blowers on them? Would that change your mind? Let me replay what happened here. I said blowers exhaust heat out, that makes the better! herp derp. BestJinjo screwed the pooch when he got all flamey, and slouched over to google and "did this [lmgtfy.com]" and clicked on the first result [anandtech.com]. Does that result look familiar? It should. Because that's the thread that BestJinjo stole his argument from. Not only did he lift his "facts" from another thread without giving credit, he went on to grossly EXAGGERATE it. I'm here to counter those grossly exaggerated claims. My stance is not one of "Blowers are the best!" it is simply to point out BestJinjo has a poor understanding of cooling solutions when he attributed a poor overclock to what he "percieved" as poor fan design. Which (aslong as we're rehashing this) is what I repeated in here. The rest of this thread is him backpedaling as I poke holes in his ridiculous exaggeration. I'm sorry you got caught in the crossfire. But when people, steal arguments, misconstrue them and make silly "99% better all the time" claims they need to be geek-smacked. The lesson is to do the research yourself and don't repeat the FUD!
