Pasting in Excel Question
When you copy multiple lines (delimited by a hard enter, not just a line wrap) from, say, a website, and you paste it into an excel (Mac, Excel 2011) spreadsheet, it automatically splits the paste by lines into separate rows of the same column. Is it possible to have excel split the paste by lines into separate columns of the same row instead?I've spent some time searching the web for an answer, but couldn't find anything that worked for me. If you have a solution to my problem, that would be terrific! Thanks in advance for the help. |
