Valued Opinion Survey Panel issues?

I hope this is okay to inquire here...I was wondering if anyone has had issues with Valued Opinions? 2 weeks ago, I couldn't log in - said my email didn't exist. I contacted them and they were able to find my account with my name and DOB....long story short...my account was hacked (from their end) and my rewards stolen. Because they are Amazon and nearly instant, they switched the email address and cashed out. (The irony was that I was waiting for a pending one to actually hit my account and was checking it daily...but the time stamp on the credit of the one, to email change and cashout was back to back. Of course, they take forever to get back to you and forget calling them and getting anything but a machine!) I don't know what I'm more mad about - the rewards being stolen or the company being so careless with my info! They are looking into it further and supposedly keep me posted, but in my frustration I googled around and found that this has been happening quite often with this company! I was shocked...so I wondered if anyone else had issues and if not, wanted to alert everyone to the possibilities....
