SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card ( 100292DDR3L) for $19.99 AR w/FS

I'm really, really trying not to TD this deal - but why not? The AR price is high, these have been available on a fairly routine basis for under $15 if not under $10. There haven't been quite as many recent deals at that price point - because the HD 6450 has been at the $20 AR many times in just the past few months. Admittedly, many of those have little fans, but a few have also been fanless, and to be honest my Gigabyte HD 6450 is well nigh silent in a normal environment (unless you are going with a fanless CPU cooler in a sonicly controlled HTPC environment). Since the HD 6450 is the same as the HD 5450 pretty much except it has TWICE the shaders - why is this a good deal?
