has anyone received their printer yet? I checked the status of mine and the format on their website is really confusing. It says it was packed Oct 11th then It has info about a credit Oct 11th?? as in i was refunded? No tracking info or emails, either.

Mine says shipped, and UPS confirms that it is on it's way. Hope you get it all figured out.

Yeah something different is going on with yours, all mine says is, " Delivery Estimate: Tuesday October 16, 2012 - Friday October 19, 2012
Shipped"

I just received the printer and it's missing inks, power cord and usb cable. Tried to contact them by both 800 & 212 number but they are already closed. (called at 6pm) Recorded message says they close at 5pm on Fridays and no work during weekends. I'll try to contact them on Monday to see if they can send me those missing parts instead of returning the box and pay for the shipping.



My mistake. They were stored in the paper output tray. I apology for giving out false information.
Just tested new printer and it works without any problem. Good buy.

what the? who's going to believe you? how is it possible a brand-new-in-sealed-box item got all that missing?

lots of online retailers sell customer returned stuff as new. amazon is better but I sometimes still get a used one, if you see shipped from amazon Las vegas, most likely it is a customer returned item.

They are sold out but have Canon PIXMA MG2120 for $29.99 as well...not wireless though.
