A well rounded ASUS entertainment notebook with some entry-level gaming power for $749 with free 3-day shipping at Newegg [newegg.com], including a FHD screen (1920x1080):

It includes a FHD screen which is difficult to find in this price range. I've read that the LCD has a matte finish but I can't confirm until it arrives. It's worth noting that both the CPU and GPU are slightly older architectures (Sandybridge & Fermi vs. Ivy Bridge & Kepler). Performance wise, benchmarks of the GPU and CPU are still quite good:
