Citi Price Rewind - get up to $250 back on purchase if price drops within 30 days - must use Citi card

I bought something from Adorama on Nov 1.. The same is $80 less now on Amazon.. But citi rewind is not tracking that price and says that I bought for the lowest price already.. Any suggestions on how to get a refund?

How do I complete a manual claim form if I find a better price than Citi Price Rewind?To submit a manual claim you will need to provide the advertisement containing the lower price for your item, the original merchant or credit card receipt showing the item purchased and a copy of your credit card statement showing that your purchase was made entirely with your Citi credit card. The advertisement must have been published and disseminated by the merchant on or within 30 days after the original purchase date and must be for the same item by the same manufacturer for a lower price.

Also another thought on taking advantage of this offer on these cards - REBATES. Rebates aren't taken into account during the pricematching. So, for instance, if one retailer is selling a product for $250, and another one for $350 with a $50 rebate - you can buy the item from the $350 seller, pricematch it to $250, and still get the $50 rebate - making your total OOP $200.
