They are a little higher on some items but they are about the same or slightly cheaper on other items. I placed an order the other day and several of the items were a better price than what the local grocery stores charge. 
Just placed a $50 order with the code. We need groceries but I can't make it out today so AF is delivering everything we need for dinner tonight and some other things, so I can stay home. Before this coupon I'd have to come up with $100 worth of stuff to avoid the delivery fee, not easy to do when there's only two people in the household.
